A “Newborn” Session | Meet Charlotte

We often get asked what happens if my baby is a preemie and has to spend time in the NICU, so we decided to show y’all today with this sweet girl’s session. Charlotte was born 8 weeks early and spent a couple months in the NICU, so she was actually 4 months old at her “newborn session”! She absolutely stole our hearts and is so gorgeous! After a good feeding and professional swaddling skills, we got her to doze off to capture these precious “newborn” images. It’s not often we get nearly 12 pound babies, but we sure love her squishy chunkiness! Charlotte woke up mid bucket pose and just dreamily watched us like what is happening right now, but so chill!  We had to give her mama a bonus 3/4 month milestone set at the end with her sweet girl for everything they’ve been through and then traveling all the way from Missouri to share her with us!  We appreciate Jacob & Kristina so very much for choosing us to capture their beautiful girl and we are so very thankful that she is finally home!
