We had the incredible honor of photographing our best friends as they said goodbye to their home a couple weeks ago! It seems like yesterday that John & Jessi were finishing building this beautiful home as they were anticipating the arrival of their first baby almost 13 years ago. They selected every detail and worked tirelessly with the help of John Wesley’s family to create a house that was not only beautiful, but would serve them perfectly as they began their family and created a home together.  This not only is the place that they brought home each of their precious babies and filled each room with so many sweet family memories, but also the place where our friendship truly began almost 13 years ago. We spent hours and hours one evening after Maya Kate’s newborn session getting to know each other and haven’t stopped doing life together since! We’ve celebrated many birthdays, baby showers, & holidays, had many late nights playing games, summers by the pool, and making so many incredible memories within these walls. It was strange feeling emotional saying goodbye to someone else’s home, but truly we have shared our lives so closely that their home feels like our home too. We are so very thankful for every memory made here, but more importantly who we made those memories with and know that we have many, many more memories to make in their new home! We couldn’t be happier for the Whites as they begin a new chapter in their beautiful new home! We hope y’all enjoy a little peek into their last night saying goodbye and making a few last memories!
